(New Haven, Conn./WTIC) - A man is in critical condition and New Haven police are investigating after a Tuesday evening shooting.
Officers responded just before 7:00 p.m. to the area of Sprikng and Hurlburt Streets.
A little while later, police were notified that the 20-year-old victim from East Haven had arrived at Yale New Haven Hospital via private vehicle.
The police Major Crimes Unit and Bureau of Investigation are handling the case.
