Connecticut State Police are looking for the driver they say plowed down a man riding his bicycle in Westbrook last Christmas Eve.
John Ingalls, 36, of Essex, died a few days after the crash.
Thursday, troopers issued a wanted poster (attached) for Jose Meraz-Balico, 35, who they say left the scene. He has ties to Westbrook and Deep River, CT.
