HARTFORD, Conn. (WTIC Radio)_ The Metropolitian District (MDC) is responding to an early morning water main break in Hartford.
Crews are responding to about 10 inches of water reported in the vicinity of 950 Asylum Avenue.
Officials announced the break around 3:10 a.m. Thursday.
