ENFIELD, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - A person spotted floating in the Connecticut River in Enfield Friday morning was brought to land and was undergoing medical treatment, said police.
Police, firefighters and paramedics responded to the scene around 6:45 a.m. A fisherman hoisted the person into his boat. Firefighters then brought the individual to shore.
The person was rushed to a nearby medical facility. There was no immediate word on the person's condition.
