Waterbury Schools Bus Driver Tests Positive for COVID-19

WATERBURY, Conn. (WTIC Radio)_ Waterbury Schools say a bus driver has tested positive for COVID-19.

Waterbury's Department of Public Health has informed the city's public school system that a driver has tested positive and will be in quarantine for 14 days.

The District and the All Star Transporation bus company has started contact tracing. All Star adds that the driver was wearing a mask at all times while in the terminal and while on the bus with students. Officials say cleaning was conducted between school runs and at the end of the school day.
