(WTIC Radio) </strong>- A Willimantic man is under arrest on charges that he raped an underage girl in Coventry last summer.Coventry police say Santiago Coj-Morente, 21, sexually assaulted the girl with force on August 28, 2019 and later threatened to kill her if she told anyone.Coj-Morente is charged with first-degree sexual assault, first-degree strangulation, first-degree unlawful restraint and second-degree threatening.
