WEST HAVEN, Conn. (WTIC) – West Haven Police have identified two suspects in an Animal Cruelty/Arson case that occurred July 5th in a parking lot near Sandy Point Beach.
Police in West Haven say the investigation was led by the Detective Division and authorities are continuing to gather evidence by reviewing surveillance footage and speaking with residents.
Detectives interviewed one of the suspects recently and they say that suspect is cooperating with the investigation.
Police add that arrest warrants are anticipated and will be prepared and submitted to Milford Superior Court for review.
