HARTFORD, Conn. (WTIC) – Hartford police are investigating a shooting that occurred in the area of Judson Street and Martin Street.
The Hartford Police Department’s Twitter account (@HartfordPolice) stated there were four victims in the shooting and all are conscious and alert.
Two of the victims remain on scene while two others are currently at an area hospital.
Police are urging residents to avoid the area while the investigation continues.
