HARTFORD, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - A Stafford Springs man is under arrest after he allegedly forced a woman into a vehicle on Franklin Avenue in Hartford Wednesday.
Officers responded to the area of 181 Franklin Avenue shortly before 4:30 p.m. on a report that a woman was screaming for help as a man was chasing her, said police.
Police say Marco Davila, 31, forced the woman into a vehicle, which was intercepted by officers.
