(Milford, Conn./WTIC) - Police in Milford are charging a woman after they say she used a stun gun while attempting to flee after shoplifting from a city department store.
Officers say around 2:00 p.m. Friday, they were called to Boscovs on the Boston Post Road.
They say 39-year-old Tamara Kisic of Bridgeport was attempting to flee with $190 in merchandise.
Police say she hit a loss prevention agent trying to stop her with the stun gun.
Kisic faces robbery, larceny, assault and breach of peace charges.
She was being held on $7,500 home.
