(Hartford, Conn./WTIC) - Those who want to forget this week's snow, ice and bitter cold can come out this weekend to the Connecticut Convention Center in Hartford for an early taste of spring and summer.

The 37th annual Northeast RV and Camping Show is taking place.

Organizers say the show offers folks a chance to get started on their vacation plans early by checking out the recreational vehicles, campers, camping supplies and accessories that will be on display.

Joe Gonzalves, the president of Northeast Productions, he says attendees can choose from small travel trailers or motor homes.

There are also experts on hand to offer their expertise.

Gonsalves says there are numerous exhibits and seminars to attend over the three-day event.

Tickets are $12 for adults, with children 14 and under free of charge.

A complete show lineup andother information is available at the web site, ctrvshow.com.
