Senior Katie Lou Samuelson is out, the result of a back injury she suffered going after a loose ball in the Huskies home finale last Saturday.
The 6-3 forward out of Huntington Beach, California is the Huskies second leading scorer behind Napheesa Collier, averging 18.9 points-per-game.
UConn (28-2, 16-0) are the top seed in the tournament and will face either ECU or SMU in Saturday's quarterfinals.
