HARTFORD, Conn. (WTIC Radio)_ Hartford Police have three people in custody in connection with a Tuesday evening home invasion on Nelton Court.
Hartford residents 36-year-old Richard McCarthy, 19-year-old Tyshawn Eaddy, and 18-year-old Sean Mattis are now facing various charges, like home invasion and risk of injury to a minor, in connection with the alleged invasion.
One suspect allegedly pistol whipped a resident with two juveniles present. The suspects allegedly rummaged through the apartment. Then, they fled in an awaiting vehicle occupied by a getaway driver.
Police quickly located the suspect vehicle and chased the three until they crashed on Vine Street at Keney Terrace.
The condition of the pistol whipped victim is unknown.
Police are investigating.
