(Plainfield, Conn./WTIC) - State Police are investigating a fatal overnight crash in Plainfield.
Troopers say they were dispatched a little after 1:00 a.m. to northbound Interstate 395 near exit 32.
Investigators say a vehicle traveling south in the northbound lanes struck another traveling in the opposite direction.
The driver of the wrong-way vehicle, 54-year-old Stephen Wilder of Uxbridge, Massachusetts, was killed.
The driver and a passenger in the second vehicle sustained minor injuries.
