Todd Feinburg: The Politics of Misery

Kimberly Fiorello, a Greenwich resident, describes the loving, compassionate greeting she received in Hartford last week when she went to testify in the hearing on proposed toll legislation. She was required to show up in the morning to sign up to speak, won a slot in the lottery, then got to present her 3 minutes of perspective at 10:30pm. And, remarkably, despite the best efforts of the Plunderers, Kim left inspired at the glory of representative government, and a system once based on liberty.
