Middletown's Brett Eagleson believes this could be a summer of progress for 9/11 victims' relatives in their lawsuit against Saudi Arabia. They're seeking damages for the kingdom's alleged role in the attacks on New York City and Washington, DC.

"As this case continues throughout the summer, it's gonna get hotter and hotter," says Eagleson, whose father, Bruce, died at the World Trade Center.

He spoke to WTIC's Dave Mager about the latest developments, including:

--a bipartisan letter from 22 members of Congress, seeking the release of a classified FBI report he believes implicates Saudi Arabia
--three scheduled depositions of former top Saudi officials
--the effort to get the U.S. government to ease its extreme efforts to keep matters regarding Saudi Arabia secret
