Top epidemiologist Dr. Albert Ko of the Yale School of Medicine and Yale New Haven Hospital shares his hope for Connecticut's vaccine rollout and his concerns about COVID-19 variants. He says there's hope for a return to relative normal by this fall, but there are many variables. He explains in this interview with WTIC's Dave Mager.
