Temperatures on Sunday are not expected to rise above the low teens, making for dangerous conditions if you're planning to be outdoors. Health experts say you could be at risk for hypothermia, so make sure you cover up as much as possible. Symptoms of hypothermia include drowsiness and low energy--and confusion and memory loss. They say you should avoid overexertion, wear layers of loose fitting clothing, and stay dry as much as possible. Cold weather advisories are in effect throughout Southern and Northern New England so remember to check on your neighbor from time to time, and keep pets indoors.
