Hartford City Hall is the last place you would expect to see the filming of a music video.
But then again Conscience Castillo, a Hip-Hop artist already has 100,000 thousand subscribers on Youtube.
The Hartford Courant reporting that Castillo recently filmed the video at City Hall with Peedi Crakk, “known for his collaborations with recording stars such as Jay-Z.
Castillo was a young teen when he first got into Hip Hop, and by the time he was in his early 20's he was recording rap videos.
His first song "is called ‘Dope love’
Castillo says he chose Hartford for this current video because he wanted "something that felt official, something with a unique look."
