(Hartford, Conn./WTIC) - Connecticut's Covid-19 test positivity rate is now 2.2-percent.
Figures released Friday from the governor's office reported 838 new cases out of over 37-thousand tests performed between Thursday and yesterday.
Hospitalizations were down by 57 to 674.
However, 27 more citizens had died from the virus.
In addition, the Department of Public Health is reporting additional cases of the B117 or UK variant.
DPH says 22 additional cases of the variant have been logged, bringing that number to 42.
