Waterbury, Conn./WTIC Radio - The investigation continues into a crash in Waterbury late Friday night that left four people dead.
Investigators say speed was a factor in that two vehicle wreck the occurred on Thomaston Avenue around 11:00 p.m.
The vehicles crashed head-on, said police chief Fernando Spagnolo.
Three victims in one car died and one person in the other vehicle was killed, as well.
All were pronounced dead at the scene.
Both vehicles wound up catching fire.
