HARTFORD, Conn. (WTIC Radio)_ Deaths and hospitalizations climb higher in Connecticut's latest COVID-19 numbers.
The Governor's office on Wednesday said that the state's test positivity rate has increased to 6.52%. 2,672 positive COVID cases were detected out of 41,001 total tests.
1,201 total people are receiving hospital treatment for COVID-19, up 50 in the last day.
51 more deaths were added to the toll, which has increased to 5,091 lives lost to the coronavirus in Connecticut.
