These past few days of spring-like weather may have been magnificent for
most Connecticut residents, but they have also been maleficent for the Nutmeg State's allergy sufferers.
Advice from Bloomfield allergist Harini Hosain, speaking to Channel 3: Practice safe sleep. Before sleeping, she says you should rinse any pollen remaining in your hair from the great flowery outdoors.
Dr. Hosain says your clothes also collect pollen. Refrain, she says, from sitting on your bed in your outdoor outfits.
