Bloomfield, Conn./WTIC Radio - Police in Bloomfield say an arrest has been made in a homicide in town from earlier this month.
Devante Swaby, 29, of Peoria, Arizona is charged.
Detectives say it was December 4th that Timothy Ross, 31, was found shot in the area of Bloomfield Avenue and Cottage Grove Road.
He later died at St. Francis Hospital.
Police say Swaby fled the state after the killing.
He's facing a number of charges including murder, criminal use of a firearm, weapons in a motor vehicle, possession of an assault weapon and carrying a pistol without a permit.
Swaby is being held in Arizona pending extradition back to Connecticut.
Bond was set at $5 million.
