East Lyme, Conn./WTIC Radio - Officials with the state Department of Energy and Environmental Protection say Rocky Neck State Park in East Lyme is back open following the discovery of a body at the park Thursday morning.
The park was closed for a preliminary investigation by Environmental Conservation Police, State Police and officers from East Lyme.
The remains were found on the beach, DEEP said.
The deceased person is an adult male from Niantic.
So far, there's been no cause of death given or an identity of the person.
