Branford, Conn./WTIC Radio - Branford police say a convicted felon is facing firearms and other charges.
Police say Alexander Oranzo, 46, is under arrest.
Officers were notified by the Department of Homeland Security that they'd intercepted a package that had been shipped from China to JFK Airport in New York.
Under the guise of an "automotive fuel filter", law enforcement discovered a firearm suppressor.
Agents then set up a controlled delivery, which led to a search of Oranzo's home.
That's where, according to police, they found 39 firearms, along with 58 high capacity magazines, body armor, several thousand rounds of ammunition, and drugs.
In total, Oranzo faces over 120 counts.
He's being held on $200,000 bond.
