Bristol, Conn./WTIC Radio - Bristol police say a man who approached students at a bus stop on Tuesday was apparently interested in starting a student ride service.
The students he approached grew concerned as he recorded the interaction on his phone, according to police.
That same man later approached a Bristol Central High School resource officer with questions about how to start the business.
When he left, other officers stopped the man, who showed them the video which only contained images of his face.
The man told officers he only asked questions to gauge the students interest in an alternative form of transportation to school.
The man was then advised by police not to approach students in the future and find other ways to pitch his idea.
No arrests were made.
