Bricks were everywhere on South Elm Street in Wallingford after a
car slammed into the front of an apartment building.
Police say only minor injuries were suffered by the driver, while
nobody else was hurt, when the 2016 Kia Optima caused significant damage to the building.
As police tell it, the Kia was approaching the intersection of South
Elm and Wharton Brook Drive when it just continued across the road and
straight into the apartment complex.
