At the age of 51, Adam Carmon faces the prospect of rebuilding his life. Not an easy task, considering Carmon has spent the past 28 years in prison.
Now, a New Haven judge has thrown out the case against Carmon -- ruling that he had been wrongly convicted as a result of missteps by police and prosecutors.
Carmon was locked up for a crime that stunned Connecticut -- the death of a baby girl -- killed in an apartment by someone firing shots from the street.
Saying his name is tarnished, Carmon is now weighing whether to sue the city and state.
