But in the waters off Milford, word came in of a night of windsurfing gone bad.<br />The Milford Fire Department responded after a girl alerted nine one one that her father was in distress while windsurfing. He was located about a mile offshore and ended up<br />refusing medical attention. Where was the girl’s mother?
