The way Windsor Locks police tell it, 26-year-old Dahari Martin got all fired up after being told he could not park in the fire lane while picking up his child from the North Street School, whose students range from Pre-K to second grade.
On the very morning that police say Martin was told to move out of the fire lane, they say bomb threats were then called in to the North Street School along with nearby South Elementary School.
Police say they were able to trace the calls to Martin, who now faces charges including two counts of terrorism. All, over a parking spot.
