The note found in a bathroom at Pembroke Elementary warned that there was a bomb in the Danbury school.
That prompted an evacuation of school-kids and staff from the school -- as would three more bomb threats found over the next several months.
Now Danbury police working with school staff and the FBI say they have compelling evidence that the notes were written by a teacher's aide.
Thirty-six-year-old Amber Davidson of New Milford is free on a $30,000 bond and is due in court next month.
