Police in Old Saybrook, Connecticut, responding to calls about a car accident found the vehicle, but not the driver.
Police believe that the vehicle was driven by a 64-year-old local man, Robert Lagno.
Police dogs have not been able to find the driver – Robert Lagano – and there are concerns that me may be in need of medical attention.
