East Windsor, Conn./WTIC Radio - The father of a one-year-old boy who was left alone in a vehicle Saturday in East Windsor is being charged in the child's death.
Kevin Pell, 47, is charged with risk of injury to a minor.
It was Saturday afternoon that Pell reported the child unresponsive and blue in the vehicle on Rockville Road.
He was not breathing, police said.
The boy was taken to Connecticut Children's in Hartford and pronounced dead.
Pell was in court Monday where police say he posted a $1 million bond.
The investigation is continuing and police say additional charges are possible.
