Waterbury, Conn./WTIC Radio - One person is dead and several others injured following an overnight crash Sunday in Waterbury.
Police responded to the scene on Chase Avenue around 1:00 a.m.
A Subaru Legacy collided with a Mazda, each with a driver and two passengers, police said.
One of those in the Mazda, Luis Fletes, 18, died.
He was from Waterbury.
The Mazda driver is in critical condition and the other passenger sustained non life-threatening injuries.
The driver and two passengers in the Subaru also sustained non life-threatening injuries.
The crash remains under investigation.
