Waterbury, Conn./WTIC Radio - Police in Waterbury are investigating after they say a man died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound after shooting another victim early Tuesday morning.
Officers were dispatched to a home on Armand Drive just before 6:30 a.m.
The officers found the suspect, a 73-year-old man, in a common area of the building, dead from a gunshot wound.
Nearby was a 65-year-old man who was wounded.
Police say the two knew each other and they're treating the case as an isolated incident at this point.
The victim who survived is being treated for non life-threatening injuries at an area hospital.
