(Waterbury, Conn./WTIC Radio - A man is dead and Waterbury police are investigating.
Just before 1:00 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to the area of 1309 East Main Street, the 7 Blessings Smoke Shop, on several reports of a shooting.
That's where they found Jordance Dozier, 47, of Waterbury lying in the street.
He had a gunshot wound to the chest and was later pronounced dead at an area hospital.
Police say they did seize evidence of gunshots at the scene.
