West Haven, Conn./WTIC Radio - West Haven police say a person was stabbed to death in the city Sunday.
Officers say around 5:20 p.m., they received the call to the 200 block of Meadowbrook Court.
Police were alerted that the suspect, an adult male, might still be in an apartment.
That person was later taken into custody without incident.
The victim was pronounced dead at an area hospital.
A preliminary investigation suggests the incident may be domestic in nature.
The investigation is ongoing and police say there is no threat to the public.
