Hartford, Conn./WTIC Radio - Hartford police are investigating after a fight and a shooting occurred Friday afternoon.
Around 3:00 p.m., officers were dispatched to the area of 408 Sigourney Street.
When they arrived on scene, police found a victim suffering from a gunshot wound.
That person is listed in critical but stable condition at an area hospital.
Meantime, police were able to locate a suspect vehicle and initiated a traffic stop using a tire deflation device prior to it entering Interstate 84 west.
Two suspects were taken into custody when the vehicle finally stopped on I-84 near exit 44.
Police say a gun was found in the vehicle.
