ROCKY HILL, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - Rocky Hill Fire says a firefighter suffered arm injuries while responding to a blaze early Thursday morning.
The fire, reported around 2:42 a.m., at the Saybrook Fish House on the Silas Deane Highway was burning in a utility room at the back of the restaurant.
An interior attack managed to put the fire out while crews monitored hot spots until around 4:30 a.m.
The firefighter suffered an undisclosed arm injury and was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
