Bridgeport, Conn./WTIC Radio - A former Bridgeport state senator who previously ran afoul of the law when it comes to elections is in hot water again.
Dennis Bradley, 42, is charged with coaxing an elector who voted by absentee ballot to change their vote in the August primary race for judge of probate in Bridgeport.
According to prosecutors, the complainant noted Bradley instructed them to change a vote for incumbent Paul Ganim to Mark Bradley.
Mark Bradley is Dennis Bradley's brother.
Dennis Bradley now faces two counts of illegal possession of absentee ballots and envelopes, being present when an absentee ballot applicant executes a ballot, and absentee ballots.
He had been scheduled to be sentenced in December in a separate wire fraud case in connection with his run for state senate in 2018.
Bradley is free on a written promise to appear on the latest charges.
He's due in court October 21.
