Windsor Locks, Conn./WTIC Radio - Windsor Locks police are charging two former staffers at a now shuttered nursing home in the death of a resident that went missing last winter.
Margaret Healey, 93, was found in a snowbank early on the morning of February 8.
Now, Papy Bibo, 53, of Manchester and Uchenna Obi, 46, of Newington are charged.
Bibo, a registered nurse at the former Bickford Health Care facility, is charged with criminally negligent homicide and evidence tampering.
Obi, a CNA, is also charged with evidence tampering as well as reckless endangerment.
Healey was able to leave the facility through an unsecured rear door, say police.
Detectives say when she was found, staff delayed calling 911.
Bibo's bond was set at $25,000.
Obi's bond is $10,000.
Both are free pending court appearances August 7.
