Middletown, Conn./WTIC Radio - Middletown police are charging a former Wesleyan University student with over two dozen counts of voyeurism, stemming from incidents they say occurred on campus between last September and October.
Under arrest is Samuel Schumann, 19, of Brooklyn, New York.
Investigators were alerted to the alleged incidents by university officials.
Police obtained a warrant charging Schumann with 31 counts of voyeurism.
Detectives say 19 female student were secretly recorded in campus bathrooms.
According to police, it took two months to track down Schumann, who voluntarily turned himself in.
He's free on $100,000.
Police say there may be additional victims and they're urging those who think they've been a victim to contact the Middletown Police Investigative Services Division.
