Dallas, TX/WTIC Radio - Former UConn great and Dallas Wings guard Azzi Fudd will miss the remainder of the 2026 WNBA season.
In a press release, the team says the 23-year-old will undergo a procedure to address right knee soreness.
Fudd has had ACL surgery on the knee twice before.
She'll return to Connecticut for this current surgery.
Fudd was selected by Dallas with the top pick in the 2026 draft.
In 30 games, she's averaged 13.1 ppg and leads all rookies in steals average.
Fudd was also the first rookie to win the WNBA 3-point contest.
There's no time frame yet as to when Fudd will return to action.
