On the positive side about Save the Sound's report card on water cleanliness along the Long Island Sound: "Over 78% of our beaches receive an A or a B."
But on the flip side, says Peter Linderoth of Save the Sound to channel 3: "22% along the Sound are receiving a C or lower."
These are beaches, says Linderoth, says his group is focused on.
Like Green Harbor in New London and Byram Park in Greenwich.
Not far from there is another A+: Green Captain Island in Greenwich.
