Hartford, Conn./WTIC Radio - Hartford police have made an arrest in connection with an accidental shooting involving a juvenile last summer.
Under arrest is the victim's father Cameron West, 41, of Hartford.
It was last August 23rd that police responded to a Martin Street residence on a report of six-year-old boy with a self-inflicted gunshot.
The boy was transported to Connecticut Children's for treatment of non life-threatening injuries.
West was arrested Tuesday.
He's facing charges of risk of injury and negligent storage of a firearm.
