WINDSOR LOCKS, CONN.(WTIC Radio)-A Hartford man has been charged with conspiracy to commit larceny and carjacking for an incident last March involving a 67-year old man, police said.
Police said the victim was pumping gas at the Pride gas station on Ella Grasso Boulevard when he was approached by a black man carrying a firearm.
Police said the victim was pushed to the ground. The suspect was unsuccessful in putting the victim's car into gear and
fled on foot to an awaiting vehicle.
The suspect has been identified as Elian Estremera, 21, held on a court set bond of $150,000.
A second suspect identified by police is currently being sought.
