HARTFORD, Conn. (WTIC News) - Hartford police are investigating an early morning shooting that left a 23-year-old Manchester man dead.
Police say the victim was found partially inside a car shortly before 2am in the area of Canton Street and Donald Street.

The man, identified as Jose Rodriguez was suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.
Police say Rodriguez was pronounced dead at the scene.
The police departments' Major Crimes and Crime Scene Divisions are handling the investigation.
