HARTFORD, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - Hartford police are investigating a fatal Thursday night shooting on Hollywood Avenue.
Officers were called to the area of 138 Hollywood Avenue around 9:15 p.m. to find a person unresponsive, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound, said police.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. The victim's name is being withheld pending the notification of family.
The case is being investigated by the department's Major Crimes Division.
