Hartford, Conn./WTIC Radio - Hartford police have made an arrest in connection with a fatal shooting from last year.
It was January 11th, 2023 that officers were alerted to a shooting on Broad Street.
The victim, Julius Rivera, 19, of Plainville was later pronounced dead.
On Monday police arrested Luis Laboy, 23, of Hartford and charged him with the fatal shooting.
Laboy faces charges of murder, criminal possession of a firearm, and unlawful discharge of a firearm.
Bond was set at $1.5 million.
